How booking works
Simple, human and secure. You talk to a real person on WhatsApp, and you only pay 30% upfront.
Book
Choose your route and see your fixed price.
Secure it
Pay 30% online. We confirm your driver and you're booked.
Ride
Your driver waits in arrivals. Pay the rest at the end.
Why a 30% deposit?
A driver and a vehicle are reserved only for you. The deposit protects that slot. You pay the remaining 70% at the end of your ride, card or cash: you never pay the full price to someone you haven't met.
Is the payment secure?
The deposit link is a secure card payment page from our payment provider. We never see or store your card number. You receive a receipt by email.
What happens if my flight is late or cancelled?
Add your flight number when booking. We follow your arrival time and adjust the pickup. The first 60 minutes after landing are free. If your flight is cancelled, message us and we move your ride or refund the deposit.
Cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup: the deposit is refunded in full. Within 24 hours, the deposit is kept. See our terms.
