1. Who we are

Riviera Pickup is a booking service operated by Nakhar LLC ("we"). We take bookings for pre-booked private transfers and match each booking with an independent driver holding a French VTC licence ("the driver"). The transport itself is provided by the driver. Rides are only provided on prior booking.

2. Booking and confirmation

A booking request is made via the website form and confirmed with us on WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed once the deposit of 30% of the total price has been received. Until then, no reservation is guaranteed.

3. Prices

Prices are fixed per vehicle, in euros, all taxes included, with tolls and luggage. Extra stops (€15 each), route changes requested during the ride or waiting time beyond the free allowance (60 min at airports, 15 min elsewhere) may be charged at the hourly rate pro rata.

4. Payment

The deposit (30% of the total price) is paid online to Nakhar LLC by secure card payment and is our booking fee; it is deducted from the total price. The balance is paid directly to the driver at the end of the ride (card or cash). The driver provides the receipt for the transport service.

5. Cancellation

Cancellation more than 24 hours before pickup: the deposit is refunded in full. Less than 24 hours before pickup or no-show: the deposit is kept. If a flight is cancelled, the ride can be moved or the deposit refunded on proof. If we cannot provide a driver, the deposit is refunded in full.

6. Passenger obligations

The number of passengers and luggage must match the booking. Children must travel in an appropriate child seat, provided free on request. Smoking is not allowed in vehicles.

7. Liability

We only work with drivers who hold a valid VTC licence and professional passenger insurance. Delays caused by traffic, road closures, weather or events beyond our control are not our responsibility. We recommend allowing a safety margin for flights, trains and boats.

8. Complaints

Contact contact@rivierapickup.com. We reply within 7 days.
