When you request a booking: name, phone/WhatsApp number, email, trip details and notes. Used only to organise your ride. Data controller: Nakhar LLC (contact@rivierapickup.com).

Legal basis

Performance of a contract (your booking) and, for analytics/advertising cookies, your consent.

Recipients

Our team and the driver assigned to your ride; WhatsApp (Meta) for messaging; Stripe for deposit payments; Cloudflare for hosting and booking storage. Optional analytics (Google, Meta) only if you accept cookies.

Retention

Booking data: up to 3 years after your last ride, payment records as required by law.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, objection: email contact@rivierapickup.com. You can complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr).

No advertising or analytics cookies are set without your consent. You can change your choice by clearing your browser data.
